I have finally given up trying to resist the blogging temptation. I know that many of you have been clamoring to hear my thoughts and I can deny you no longer, for who benefits by my silence? The answer of course is... no one.
I am a venture capitalist in silicon valley with more time on my hands than in the past (you know, what with the complete economic devastation and all) and I have decided to share my thoughts and impressions with the world. I plan to opine on any and all topics that are of interest to you dear reader including myself, my companies, my Firm, wine, women, sports and pop culture, generally in about that order.
Why should you listen to my random narcissistic ramblings rather than those of well established VC bloggers, which bloggers shall forever remain nameless on this blog? Because my ramblings are anonymous, and because deep down inside I am a bit of a jerk, the combination of which should lend itself to a very special kind of candor. In short, while there are many VC's out there happy to flog a deceased equine, my fondest hope is to bring you enjoyment and insight on a daily basis by beating a live horse. Its so much more interesting when they fight back Enjoy!
And now for the disclaimer: I may or may not exist, the opinions on this blog are not the opinions of [Firm], my partners or sometimes even me. I may have invested in companies mentioned in this blog or I may know nothing about them other than what I read on tech crunch, though I may imply or state otherwise. Nothing I say on this blog should be taken as investment advice, legal advice or life advice. My wife tells me that I am almost always wrong and given that she is almost always right, I would listen to her if I were you.
